You benefit, for any online purchase made in a private capacity, from a legal withdrawal period of 14 days.

This period is extended to 28 days if you select “tranquility” insurance.

A return number allows good traceability of the return: you can obtain it by filling out a return request via your account in the list of your orders. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The withdrawal period concerns our entire catalog with the exception of the exclusions mentioned in our conditions of sale (custom computer assembled by us, unsealed software and consumables in particular).

In order to ensure better traceability of the return, it is recommended to use the return authorization which will be communicated to you by our customer service. Failing this, the product must be accompanied by any useful information regarding your contact details and your order. You have 14 days to return the product from your notification of withdrawal.

REIMBURSEMENT PERIOD

We undertake to reimburse you no later than 14 days from the date of your request (if the product has not reached us by the 14th day, the reimbursement may be deferred until providing proof of shipment). In practice, an average delay of 5 to 8 days is most often observed.

REIMBURSEMENT METHODS

With the exception of orders paid for by virtual card (E-Carte bleue) which are reimbursed by bank transfer due to technical constraints, reimbursement is always made using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction .

COST OF RETURNING BULKY PRODUCTS
