Our equipment is guaranteed for two years to return to our workshop accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the RMA form (Authorized material return).
Only the products sold by Angry Panda Shop, in the warranty period and verified as defective, give rise to an exchange or repair. Accidental breakage is not covered by our guarantee.

Any return of equipment must first be subject to a return request by opening a ticket through your account on our webshop. Contact us via your customer area → My tickets → Create a new ticket related to an issue with a product.
Detail the problem encountered in your message and do not hesitate to send us precise photos of the product. This request must then be accepted by our services and a return file number must be communicated to you before you can return your article to our company.
This procedure has been implemented to guarantee the correct processing of your requests and the good reception of the packages in return.
The processing time for after -sales service for a classic warranty varies from 2 to 5 weeks.
The Tranquility Guarantee from Angry Panda Shop
The Tranquility Guarantee is intended for new products (components, custom builds and peripherals) and allows you to extend your initial guarantee from 24 months to to 36 months. In the event of a breakdown or defective product, you can have it repaired or exchanged directly on our site !
And if your product cannot be repared within 10 working days, you receive an exchange proposition from us. If the product is no longer available then you will have the possibility to exchange it to a similar product model, this choice will be subjected to stock status.
This guarantee cost 5% of the product price and you can select only some product in your order that you want to extend the warranty.
How to subscribe to an Insurance / Guarantee?
When adding my product to my basket, I select the “Tranquility” Guarantee option
I receive a confirmation email after my order with a reminde of the general conditions of service provision and the identifiers of my personal space
In the event of an issue, I contact the support to manage my claim. After registration and analysis of the file, I receive my prepaid delivery note for the return of my product
After receipt of my defective equipment, depending on the service subscribed, it will be repaired, replaced or refunded in the form of a credit note on Pandangry.com
